Smart Campus Focus at the OAPPA Conference

What does facilities management look like on the campus of the future? KGS Buildings is honored to participate in helping to shape that vision through conferences such as OAPPA.

This week at the OAPPA conference in Toronto, Ontario - MAY 28 - MAY 31, 2019, we are tackling the theme of "Leading the Campus of the Next Century" with a look at how to unlock facilities data and address major operational and strategic challenges. As our industry increasingly adopts a predictive maintenance model, it's important to offset expanding workloads by keeping critical staff resources laser-focused on top priority issues.

Today's Diagnostics as a Service (DaaS) FDD technologies can be relied on to generate real-time, accurate summaries of equipment status,  trends, problems, root causes and corrective actions. Working with existing BAS and CMMS tools, it can serve as an evidence based work selection tool to help drive achievement of goals in energy savings, improved building comfort and retro-commissioning.
