The Pacific Northwest National Laboratory in collaboration with KGS Buildings, LLC published a report on the Development of a Low-Lift chiller Controller and a Simplified Precooling Control Algorithm for pre-cooling thermal storage with low-lift chillers to achieve higher efficiency cooling.
